How do I safely dispose of dead or damaged Lipo packs? |
|
|
If possible, discharge the pack down to zero voltage using a motor, light bulb, etc. Next gently puncture the outer cases of the cells and let it sit in saltwater overnight. Remove 24 hours later, wrap it up in a plastic bag and toss in the trash. |

How can I balance the cells in an older Lipo pack that doesn't have a separate balance connector? |
|
|
The short answer is that you can't. We do not recommend attempting to add a balancing / charging yourself. |

How long does it take to process an order? |
|
|
We will process your order within minutes if it is entered during our normal business hours - Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed first thing on the next business day. Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local UPS or USPS guidelines for delivery. |

My tracking number is not working, what do I do? |
|
|
Usually it takes 1-2 business days for UPS or USPS to update their tracking system. If the tracking number is still not working after 5 business days, contact us either via email at sales@CommonSenseRC.com or by phone at (866)405-8811. We will help you track your shipment or provide advice on beginning the lost package process with UPS or USPS if necessary. |

How do I get my UPS or USPS tracking number? |
|
|
The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you immediately when your order is shipped. Alternatively, you can check your order status by logging in to your CommonSenseRC.com account and clicking on the "Registration/Log In" link at the top of the screen. Click the "View" button next to any of your Previous Orders and you'll be able to see all shipping information for that order. |

What do I do if an item is received damaged? |
|
|
If the item appears to have obvious shipping damage, immediately tell the UPS driver or USPS delivery person that you do not want to accept the package. If a package looks partially damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1800-742-5877) to report the damage or go to www.ups.com to submit a damaged shipment claim. Obtain a control number from UPS and email Common Sense RC customer service at sales@CommonSenseRC.com. We will file a damage claim on our side and keep track of the claim for you. Allow around 5-7 business days for the claim to be settled. Exchange or refund will be processed for you as quickly as possible. |

Does Common Sense RC deliver to an APO or FPO? |

We do ship our products to Puerto Rico, APO and FPO locations. Please indicate that the shipment will be going to an APO/FPO address in the Comments field when placing your order. |

We do ship our products internationally via USPS Priority Mail International and UPS. USPS Priority Mail options are available during checkout. For larger products that must be shipped via UPS, please contact us for a quote. |
