Is this 25c 11.1 volt lipo too much amps , burst , for the z-12 esc and e5-m-11 ez-match setup to handle ????

It doesn't quite work like that...the battery only supplies what the motor/prop "pull" from it...it doesnt "push" its energy just because it has a higher C rating.

That pack will be just fine with that combo.
