|
|
Well she is ready, unfortunately my house was broken into about 2 weeks ago & they took all the electronics I had ready to go in the build...
So I had to build on a very tight budget..
Here are the specs
Compass Knight 600e
Compass 8s 760kv Motor
Suppo 80A HV ESC
Common Sense HV BEC
Spektrum DS821's - I have some 9451's coming monday
Spektrum AR7000
Spartan DS-760 & S9254
Flightpower 8s 4270's & 3700's
Right now its what I call 'roughed in' - once i get a few flights in and make sure I am happy with the locations of stuff I will pretty it up some more..

Looks great their Aussie....
Wish those 9451's came in sooner.... 821's ouch.. I watched my buddy's Align 600e go down from one of his 821's failing. But for hovering and a little setup they should be ok.
Have you gotten a chance to fly it yet. _________________ George

Just spooled up & hovered a couple of seconds, checked tracking & gyro setup...
I wont do any real flying until the servo's are changed out....
I did use longer screws on the servo horns, as i know thats an issue, but Im still being as safe as I can...
I dont want to loose a bird over a cheap servo, especially as hard as it was to come up with the cash to build it... _________________ Compass Knight 3D
